Today I will learn how to make this wonderful homemade bread without any equipment.
To make the process easier, we will first mix all the ingredients except the flour and salt.
We mix the flour little by little until we can no longer mix it with the spoon.
As for the salt, we’ll add it during half the process. That’s because yeast is a fungus, and salt is a natural anti-fungus.
If we put salt from the beginning of the process in contact with yeast, it will make our yeast useless or at least decrease its fermentation capacity. So we don’t do that at all.
Once we have a dough formed, take it to the table and knead for approximately 10 minutes.
Now let our massa grow until it triples in volume.
You can put it in a pot with a lid, cover it with a cloth, or even leave it on the table and cover it with plastic.
The important thing is that it triples in volume.
Here in my city in Rio Grande-RS it is quite cold at some times of the year, in this case, do not let the dough rise in a natural way.
Heat the oven a little bit, and I left it inside as if it were a greenhouse.
Be a little careful as it is unhealthy for the yeast to have the temperature
exceed 35 degrees Celsius.
Putting the dough on the table, stretch the dough so that it eliminates air bubbles, forming a rectangle.
Divide into eight equal pieces that will give approximately 200g each loaf.
You can choose any format of bread to bake.

I’m going to use disposable aluminum cups, but you can use any kind of shape.
Grease with oil, margarine or lard.
Brush the loaves with an egg yolk mixed with a spoonful of oil.
After finishing all the processes, wait for the bread to rise again inside the heated oven just a little bit, and let it grow there until it triples in volume.
Time to bake
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius, and bake
them for about 20 minutes.
