If you came here expecting an extremely difficult recipe, sorry to disappoint, but the recipe is very simple.
Although this coverage can be applied to any bread, here is a basic recipe to put the bread model into practice.
- 1kg of wheat flour
- 100g of sugar
- 15g of salt
- 20g of reinforcer
- 50g of margarine
- 30g of dry biological yeast (if it is fresh, it is 80g)
- 2 eggs
- Enough water to complete with the eggs, 500ml
Way of doing
Mix all dry ingredients for about 2 minutes in the mixer, then add water and eggs (both very cold) [due to different egg sizes, you must first put them in a measuring cup, and then fill in 500ml with both together.]

Divide into the desired size and shape.

- 100ml of oil

Just mix the ingredients, and the mixture is ready.
With the freshly modeled breads, apply the first coat with a brush, and let the bread rise in the open air (do not put it in a cupboard at any time).
